Day trip to France

Weather on the continent
The walk area

Hamish Fulton Kent walking series, walk 3 in Boulogne, France.

Mel asked if I wanted to be involved in an art project that involved going to France for the day. Just up my alley, a random creative project. We left in the morning and travelled through the
Channel tunnel.

THE WALK
Division of space.......landmarks in the tarmac...
division of time..........constant steps with a rock......
sometimes cold.....suddenly three minutes,
two more to go to reach the third within the quarter of the whole...
two minutes to get to the end of the third..........
enjoy the movement of each step.........
everyday thoughts occasionally drift in and out.......
drip, drip, drip....BANG!
And I jumped!

I went to France and walked 4 metres in 1 hour.
